Paul Green came to the Tuscarawas Valley before the amphitheatre was built to find the perfect location for the drama. When he stood on top of the hill where the amphitheatre now sits, he looked out over the valley and said "this is the place.”

• Follow I-77 to New Philadelphia Exit #81

• Travel 2 miles east of Exit #81 to the intersection of St. Rt. 39 and St. Rt. 259/250 Business Loop (Catola's Dry Cleaners on left hand corner)

• At intersection, travel straight onto St. Rt. 259/St. Rt. 250 Business Loop and follow approximately 2 miles to University Drive NE

• Turn left onto University Drive NE and follow 1/2 mile to Buckeye Career Center

• Turn left at Tech Park Drive, just before Buckeye Career Center (545 University Drive NE) and follow to Trumpet Drive

• Turn right onto 1600 Trumpet Drive NE

• Follow to top of hill
